A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking skilled and experienced Formworkers to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating the forms that hold concrete in place during construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and previous experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to build forms according to blueprints and instructions
- Erect and secure forms using various tools and equipment
- Pour and spread concrete into forms
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Remove forms after concrete has set, making sure not to damage the structure
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used for formwork
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on job sites

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

We welcome candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Pakistani or Nepali applicants. This position does not require English proficiency. Salary for this role starts at $1700 per month without accommodation provided.
