Entry-Level Concrete Worker


We are a construction company based in Los Angeles seeking a hardworking and reliable Entry-Level Concrete Worker to join our team. This job is perfect for someone with little to no experience in the construction industry, but with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced concrete workers in pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces
- Prepare work area by setting up forms, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
- Must be willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per week. Compensation may increase based on performance.

Location:
This job is located in Los Angeles, California. Candidates must be willing to commute to different job sites within the city.

Preference:
While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds, we prefer individuals who are Indian nationals or have previous experience working with Indian construction companies.
