Contract Architectural Technologist (Egyptian) in Los Angeles


We are seeking an Egyptian Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles. As an English-speaking professional, you will assist with the design and construction of buildings, ensuring that all technical aspects are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and create technical drawings and plans
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess progress of construction projects
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience working as an Architectural Technologist is preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Salary: $1100 per month

Contract Length: 6 months with possibility of extension

Accommodation: We provide accommodation for our contract employees during their time in Los Angeles.
