Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for residential and commercial buildings. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Conduct site visits to assess potential project sites and monitor construction progress
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance design quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Portfolio showcasing previous projects is preferred
