Senior Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a Senior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the design process from conceptualization to completion. Your creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail will be integral in creating innovative and functional designs that meet client needs and project goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from conceptualization to completion
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to develop design solutions
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other software
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors during construction phase
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team

We offer competitive salary of $1200 per month along with benefits package. Accommodation can also be provided for non-local candidates.
