Commercial Architect - Los Angeles, USA


We are currently hiring for the position of Commercial Architect in our Los Angeles office. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using specialized software
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the building process
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in California preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
