Architecture Manager - Los Angeles, USA

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of residential and commercial buildings in Los Angeles. Your main duties will include coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Los Angeles
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
- Filipino nationality (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from conception to completion, ensuring that all designs are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
- Review architectural plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for the project
- Communicate project timelines, budgets, and progress updates to clients
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Manage project budgets to ensure financial goals are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure that all necessary permits are obtained for construction projects
- Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the construction process

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position. In addition to salary, we also provide accommodation for our employees.
