Architecture Manager



We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee all aspects of our architectural projects in Los Angeles. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and overseeing project proposals and contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Develop project proposals and contracts, ensuring all requirements are met
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion
- Oversee the production of detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Review project designs for compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable)

Location: Los Angeles (candidates from Pakistan or Africa preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (with potential for full-time employment)
