As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving delicious beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take their orders accurately
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations, equipment, and dining area
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our menu offerings, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- No previous experience as a Barista is required; we will provide training for the right candidate
- Must have excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have own visa/work permit for employment in the United States (if applicable)
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
