Experienced Barista in Los Angeles (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Los Angeles. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in drink quality
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Train new baristas on coffee making techniques and company standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of different coffee blends, roasting methods, and latte art techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
