Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Develop project timelines and budget estimates
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project stays on track
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry best practices
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in project management software
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Los Angeles (open to Indian candidates)
