Office Assistant - Los Angeles, USA
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and clients and directing them to the meeting rooms
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Filing documents, making photocopies, and scanning documents as needed
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for the team
- Assisting with data entry, record keeping, and filing paperwork accurately
- Coordinating with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; knowledge of Urdu or other languages is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1000 per month
