As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and property using various instruments and software. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land and property using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect data and measurements in the field using surveying equipment
- Analyze data and create accurate maps and drawings
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific surveying needs
- Ensure that all work complies with legal requirements and regulations
- Oversee the work of surveying technicians and assistants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
