Experienced Plumber for Los Angeles

We are in need of an Experienced Plumber to join our team in Los Angeles. This role requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in plumbing and a strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues, as well as the skills to install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems. This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per week, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for foreign candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using appropriate tools and equipment
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a plumber
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with different types of pipes (PVC, copper, etc.)
- Knowledge of water supply principles (pressure, flow rate)
- Certification or license in plumbing
