Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician


Our property management company is seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be physically fit, and able to work independently. This job is suitable for men of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks on properties such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Conduct routine inspections of properties and report any issues to management
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of properties
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a handyman or property maintenance role preferred
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position.
