Skilled Handyman in Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Los Angeles, USA. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. As a Handyman, your main responsibility will be to perform various maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties.

Requirements:
- Must be from Egypt or Kenya
- No English language skills required
- Previous experience as a handyman is preferred
- Must have own visa to work in the USA
- Accommodation will not be provided
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Repair and replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or repairs needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow safety precautions and guidelines while working

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role is preferred
- Good knowledge of basic repair techniques and tools such as drills, saws, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
