Office Administrator
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our company in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing support to our team. This position is suitable for men who are fluent in English and can work without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all office-related tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for office supplies and equipment
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll
- Handle travel arrangements and bookings for business trips
- Act as the point of contact between employees, clients, and vendors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with basic HR processes is a plus
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
