Office Manager - Los Angeles, USA
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management team
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Oversee office budget and ensure expenses are within budgetary guidelines
- Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and performance evaluations
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Liaise with external vendors for office services such as cleaning, IT support, etc.
- Assist with HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Salary: $900 per month (with potential for growth)
Work hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
