Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will work closely with the hotel team to identify potential clients, establish relationships, and negotiate contracts. Your strong communication skills and persuasive demeanor will be essential in promoting the hotel's services and amenities to potential customers.
Your primary duties will include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, attending industry events to network with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with current clients. You will also be responsible for creating sales reports and projections, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in a sales or marketing role within the hospitality industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals are also essential.
This position requires excellent time management skills as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with experience using CRM software.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. The position is located in Los Angeles but is open to all nationalities. As this role involves frequent interaction with customers, fluency in English is required.
