Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of technicians
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, operating systems, databases, and cloud technologies
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
