Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, ensuring they align with client requirements and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients for feedback
- Incorporate feedback from clients into designs while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Optimize websites for mobile devices
- Test website functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, color schemes, etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience using content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal
- Knowledge of user interface design principles
