As an Online Consultant for Filipinos in Akron, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer service and support to clients from the Philippines who are living and working in Akron. Your main duties will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance to clients through online platforms such as chat, email, and social media. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients while ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino, as well as a strong understanding of Filipino culture and customs. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. We also offer visa sponsorship for successful candidates who require it.
