English-Speaking Moderator (Indian Candidates Only)

We are currently hiring an English-speaking moderator to join our team in Akron, USA. This role is specifically suitable for Indian candidates who have a biometric passport and are proficient in speaking English. As a moderator, your main responsibility will be to monitor and moderate online discussions and forums in order to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. You will also be required to review user-generated content for any potential violations of community guidelines and take appropriate actions as necessary.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to effectively navigate diverse cultural backgrounds. Previous experience in community management or moderation is preferred but not required. As this role involves working with online communities, strong understanding of social media platforms and online forums is a must.
