Moderator (Indian Nationals)


We are currently seeking a Moderator with experience in managing and monitoring online forums and discussions. This role will be responsible for maintaining a positive and safe community environment by enforcing guidelines, responding to user inquiries, and addressing any inappropriate behavior.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online forums and discussions to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and address any concerns or issues
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a positive and safe community environment
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify and address any inappropriate behavior
- Handle user reports and escalate as needed
- Provide regular reports on community activity and trends

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national, preferably based in Akron or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in moderating online forums or communities is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of social media platforms, online community management tools, and content moderation best practices
- Ability to multitask and work independently, while also collaborating with team members remotely

Salary:
Salary for this position is $900 per month.
