Facade Specialist


As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings in Akron. Your main goal will be to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of buildings while ensuring safety and durability. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes. Your expertise in materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete will be crucial in creating visually appealing facades. Additionally, you will oversee the construction process and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design and construction
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and use architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

Salary:
