A reputable construction company in Akron is seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tiling, with knowledge of various types of tiles and installation techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas using hand and power tools
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning and leveling them
- Apply adhesive, cement or mortar to secure tiles in place
- Align tiles properly to create visually appealing patterns
- Fill cracks or gaps with grout, sealant or caulking
- Install tile edging and trim as needed
- Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in tiling, preferably in a construction setting
- Knowledge of different types of tiles, materials, and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans accurately
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials
