Experienced Painter

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Painter to join our team in Akron. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring quality workmanship. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Akron. As a Painter, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing surfaces by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing out imperfections
- Selecting and mixing paint colors according to specifications
- Applying paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensuring proper coverage and smooth finish
- Maintaining equipment and tools in good working condition
- Following safety protocols at all times while working with hazardous materials
- Communicating with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Providing estimates for materials and labor costs for projects

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Painter in commercial or residential settings
- Solid knowledge of painting techniques including surface preparation, color mixing, and application methods
- Ability to use various tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns
- Attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform tasks that may require bending or climbing ladders
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Own visa to work in Akron (sponsorship not provided)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
