We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Akron. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures according to specifications. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of safety procedures and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and setting forms for concrete pours
- Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete
- Operating various hand and power tools
- Finishing concrete surfaces using trowels or other tools
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a concrete worker in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and techniques in construction work
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
