Architectural Designer



We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Akron. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative designs for various construction projects. Your main focus will be on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Develop innovative design concepts that meet functional, technical, and budgetary requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Review and approve contractor drawings to ensure they align with the proposed design
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any design issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
