Commercial Architect



We are looking for a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design requirements for commercial buildings
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide guidance as needed
- Review construction materials and make recommendations for cost-effective options
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in building materials, technology, and sustainable design practices
- Provide guidance to junior architects and interns as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong knowledge of CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

Salary:
$900 per month
