We are hiring a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects meet all safety and building codes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1200/month

This position is open to Indian nationals who do not require English proficiency or prior experience. Accommodation will not be provided, however, the company will cover the costs of visa and travel.
