Senior Commercial Architect



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail centers, and other commercial structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for commercial projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
- Develop detailed designs and plans using CAD software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficient in using CAD software for design purposes
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs within tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Akron, USA. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have the necessary work permits in place.
