Entry-Level Industrial Architect

We are a leading architecture firm located in Akron, seeking an entry-level Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team. As an entry-level architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain experience in the field of industrial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and solutions for industrial projects
- Participate in site visits and assist with measuring and documenting existing buildings
- Prepare detailed drawings and renderings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and construction documents
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations related to industrial construction
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Attend meetings with clients to present design ideas and discuss project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes is preferred but not required

This is a contract-based position with potential for full-time employment. We welcome freshers or those without prior experience to apply as training will be provided. However, preference will be given to candidates who have completed internships or have some experience in industrial architecture.
