We are currently hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other departments to ensure the success of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction process of various projects
- Manage a team of architects and ensure their work meets quality standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of projects
- Monitor project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans
- Review and approve project designs and plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month
