Senior Architect


We are currently in need of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, from concept to completion. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to discuss project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed architectural designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates and timelines
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure that they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is being carried out according to plans
- Review and approve architectural plans created by other team members
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Project management experience
- Proven leadership skills

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
