We are currently seeking a Temporary Truck Driver to join our team in Akron! As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. This is a temporary position, perfect for students or those without experience who are looking for a short-term job opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain commercial trucks in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload goods from the truck using appropriate equipment
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other necessary paperwork
- Perform regular maintenance on the truck, including checking tires, brakes, oil levels, etc.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Must have own accommodation in or near Akron

Salary:
Starting at $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
