Floral Assistant

We are a busy flower shop located in Akron, seeking a talented and hardworking Floral Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for an Indian national who is looking for a job without the requirement of English proficiency and prior experience in the floral industry.

As a Floral Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our Florists with various tasks such as preparing flower arrangements, cleaning and organizing the shop, and providing excellent customer service. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different types of flowers and their care, as well as techniques for creating visually stunning arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and creativity, along with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instructions accurately. While prior experience is not required, any experience in the floral industry will be considered an asset.

This position offers a salary of $1600 per month with visa sponsorship provided by our company. As this is a full-time position, you must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must already have living arrangements in Akron.
