Indian Executive Chef in Akron


We are seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Akron. The ideal candidate will have a passion for authentic Indian cuisine and a minimum of 5 years experience working as an Executive Chef. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new Indian dishes for the menu
- Ensure all food meets high quality standards and is prepared according to traditional Indian methods
- Oversee the kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipes
- Manage inventory of ingredients and maintain budget for food costs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with experience cooking authentic Indian cuisine
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent leadership skills to manage kitchen staff
- Must have a valid work visa or be open to visa sponsorship
