As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the restaurant is running efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all daily operations of the restaurant
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Ensure quality customer service is provided at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Take inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
- Manage budgets and track expenses to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and maintain morale
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to handle high stress situations calmly and effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
