Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, take orders, and handle transactions accurately
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and brewing methods
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and answer any questions they may have
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian or Canadian (preferred but not required)
- No English required – knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience as a barista or in the foodservice industry is preferred but not required
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship available)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
