We are in search of a skilled Barista/Coffee Maker to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a coffee shop or similar setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to customer's preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of the coffee shop
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and grinders
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Offer food items such as pastries or snacks to customers along with their drinks
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly
- Upsell additional items to customers when appropriate

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques for making quality coffee drinks
- Must have a biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if not from the United States
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Prior knowledge of food safety regulations is an asset

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees.
