Warehouse Associate

A fast-growing warehouse in Akron is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, and possess strong organizational skills. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products while maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents
- Organize and store products in designated areas
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Label packages with correct shipping information
- Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies
- Operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Good communication skills (basic English preferred)
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks
(due to the nature of the job, preference will be given to male candidates)
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
