Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our projects in Akron, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket. We welcome candidates of Indian nationality who have at least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards while adhering to timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts
- Oversee subcontractors' work to ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making cost-saving recommendations when possible
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
