Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in the city of Akron. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to safety regulations. Your role will involve creating project timelines, managing budgets and resources, and providing regular progress reports to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a contract position with accommodation provided. The job is suitable for men with biometric passports from Pakistan who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Create project timelines and manage schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgetary and safety requirements
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and address any issues
- Provide support to the construction team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale projects
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards project goals
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the city of Akron
