Crane Operator


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team at a construction site in Akron, Canada. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating cranes and be able to operate various types of cranes with precision and safety. This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1100 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including tower, mobile, and overhead cranes.
- Inspect the crane before operation to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Safely lift and move heavy construction materials to designated locations.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes on construction sites.
- Valid crane operator certification or license.
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their functions.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand load charts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
This is a physically demanding job that requires standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and working at heights. The work schedule may vary depending on project deadlines and weather conditions. This position also requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
