Our company, a leading global manufacturer of industrial materials, is seeking an experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Akron. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and meet sales targets in India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners in India.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients in India.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the Indian market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within India.
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket for our Indian Sales Manager.
