Experienced Waiter/Waitress


A high-end restaurant in Akron is seeking an experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and presentation
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or special events

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Attention to detail in taking orders and delivering food/beverages to tables
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

Salary:
We offer competitive pay starting at $1500 per month, with opportunities for tips based on performance. We also provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
