Plumber Technician

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Technician to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and be able to read blueprints and follow building codes. A valid plumbing license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (e.g. pipes, fixtures, appliances)
- Read blueprints and follow building codes for new construction or renovations
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing
- Valid plumbing license
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building codes
- Strong knowledge of various types of plumbing systems and fixtures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
- Availability for on-call emergencies as needed

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, Ohio (accommodation provided if needed)
