We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team in Akron. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting and grooming services to our clients. Your main duties will include consulting with clients to determine their desired style, cutting and trimming hair according to client preferences, and providing beard and mustache grooming services. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, handling cash transactions, and promoting our services to attract new customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills, as well as strong technical skills in various cutting techniques and styling. You must also have knowledge of current trends in men's grooming and be able to make recommendations to clients based on their individual needs.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong technical skills in hair cutting and styling
- Knowledge of current trends in men's grooming
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- English proficiency is preferred but not required
