We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining various structures made of wood, such as buildings, furniture, and fixtures. Your main duty will be to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to determine the materials needed for each project.

To excel in this role, you should have strong manual dexterity and physical stamina, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently or as part of a team is also crucial for this position. You must also have experience using hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials needed
- Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, flooring, trim, or hardware
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Keep track of inventory and ensure that all necessary tools are available for each project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
- Physical strength and stamina
- Good understanding of safety rules
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
